§ Prayer requires coherence of life: to observe the Word of God, His commandments and to do His Will.

§ One prays as one lives, and one lives as one prays.

§ It is the believing, humble and faithful love that allows us to unite prayer with the entire Christian life.

§ In order that life may become a continuous prayer, it is necessary that:

• it be a life which is coherent with the teachings of the Faith

• there be explicit moments during the day or the week, dedicated exclusively to prayer.
